1. Service description

ChatGPT Pro is an independent third-party platform that sells and delivers digital ChatGPT top-up products, including ChatGPT Plus, Pro and Go direct top-ups. This website is not OpenAI and has no affiliation, agency or authorisation relationship with OpenAI.

We only sell products and provide payment and delivery support. We never ask you to hand over your ChatGPT account password.

2. Products and prices

Product names, prices, stock display and delivery methods are shown on the product area and are the reference for your purchase. Prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe; the final charge is shown on the payment page.

If prices change, orders that are already paid are not affected. Orders that are not paid may be regenerated at the latest price.

3. Ordering and payment

Enter a valid email address at checkout so we can send order notifications and delivery details. Keep your order number safe: the order number and purchase email together are used to look up order status.

If a payment fails or is not completed, the order does not enter delivery. You can place a new order or contact support if a payment stays unfinished for a long time. Large orders can be split into two payments; if the second payment is not completed within the payment window, the first payment is released back automatically.

4. Delivery

We deliver digital products and subscription codes. In normal circumstances delivery starts automatically within 1 to 5 minutes of payment, and the delivery content is available from the order notification email or the order lookup page.

Delivery can take longer when a channel is unstable, when stock is being restocked, or when a manual review is required. If you have paid and have not received delivery, check the order lookup page first.

5. Refunds

Orders that fail to top up, or that are paid but cannot be delivered, are refunded in full on the same day under the platform rules.

Digital products can be copied and are delivered instantly. Once a digital product has been delivered successfully it is generally not refundable, except for duplicate charges, unusable products or other situations confirmed by both sides. In all cases the order lookup result and support confirmation apply.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing an accurate and reachable email address, order information and contact details, and for keeping your order number and delivery content safe.

You must not use this service for anything illegal or infringing, or for fraud, money laundering, abusive bulk ordering or harming the rights of third parties.

7. Violations and termination

If you breach these terms, or we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, malicious chargebacks, abusive bulk ordering or other illegal or infringing behaviour that harms the service or third parties, we may take one or more of the following measures:

Suspend or terminate the relevant orders and services; restrict or refuse future orders; revoke delivery content that has not yet been released; handle paid orders that no longer qualify for delivery under the refund rules; and preserve the right to pursue legal remedies and cooperate with regulators or law enforcement.

8. Intellectual property and trademarks

ChatGPT, OpenAI and related names and logos belong to their respective owners. We use these names only to describe the products being topped up; this does not imply official authorisation or affiliation.

The page content, structure and copy of this website belong to ChatGPT Pro. They may not be copied or redistributed for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Disclaimer

This is a third-party top-up service. If a product becomes unavailable, the service is interrupted or delivery is delayed because of OpenAI or ChatGPT platform policies, account status, network conditions or force majeure, we will assist within reason but our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the affected order.

To the maximum extent permitted by law this service is provided as is. Except for the refund situations stated in these terms, we are not liable for indirect losses.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect business or compliance requirements. The updated version is published on this page and takes effect from the date shown above. Material changes are announced on the website or by email.
